ABOUT KURT:

Professional Experience:  I've been in the results business for hundreds of families, individuals, and investors for over 20 years.

Education:  Graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in History and Economics.

Outside Interests:  High school tennis coach for 21 years; Minnesota Coach of the Year in 2005. Owner and operator of rental property. Fan of most sports. Home improvement/remodeling enthusiast.

Personal Information:  Father of 12 year-old son Max. Enjoy spending time with family.  Huge believer in the quality of life and unique attributes of the Twin Ports area.

ABOUT RACHEL:

Pledge to Clients:  To use my knowledge and resources in order to provide my clients with the highest quality professional service in real estate. 

Professional Experience:  I began my real estate career as an administrative assistant in the Weichert office and am excited to further serve the real estate needs of the Twin Ports. 

Outside Interests:  Member of various music groups in the Twin Ports area, including the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra Chorus; supporting local musicians.  Fan of Minnesota Twins baseball.  Cooking/baking enthusiast.  Love spending time at the cabin on Madeline Island and relaxing at home with my family and border collie dog Henley.     

Personal Information:  I love spending time with my family, fiance and his son, and good friends.  I love living in Duluth because there is so much to do here and in the surrounding communities (local music/concerts, food, movies, outdoors activities).  I enjoy spending time near Lake Superior on Madeline Island and walking my dog on the the Lakewalk in Canal Park.  Duluth has so many wonderful things to offer!
